Shipping


We ship with USPS for shipping and available methods / upgrades will be listed under each of the individual listings. Tracking numbers will be provided with each shipment if selected. Insurance options are available for purchase at checkout. All insurance claims or discrepancies from shipping must be reported to The Home Ran Crafter within 24 hours of package arrival. For standard shipments that exceed 2 weeks within the states and have not arrived please contact us directly!

For international orders please allow extra time for the package to clear customs. International orders can take up to 2 months for delivery and is completley dependent on customs processing. The Home Ran Crafter is not responsible for delays caused by customs or any additional fees, taxes or duties due to customs. It is the shopper's responsibility to follow the tracking number provided and to contact their post office for any delays in delivery. Keep in mind customs DOES NOT always notify the recipient that fees, taxes or duties are due and will hold on to packages until they are paid or until after 30 days the item is returned to sender. If items are returned to The Home Ran Crafter for this reason there is 2 options available to move forward. 1) item can be refunded, minus the costs of shipping. 2) resend the item but buyer must repay new shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if package has been lost or damaged and recipient included insurance on their purchase.

** Due to the alarming increase of scams due to social media influences we will not be providing re-shipment or refunds for items marked "delivered" by the carrier regardless if you received them. If you did not receive your order but the tracking shows as delivered please contact your local post office for further assistance. Thank you!
